The Cryo therapy session will end as soon as our reserve of liquid nitrogen gas runs out, so the number of reservations per day is limited. Therefore, our closing time may be earlier.

You can also make a reservation from our official LINE. Please enter your name, phone number, menu, desired date and time. A member of our team will reply to you during our business hours. Customers using credit card can also make their payment in advance, which can save time.

When you visit our store for the first time, we will ask you to fill out a questionnaire, then we will measure your blood pressure. There will be time for consulation in which you can ask any questions ahead of the treatment, and so we reserve our phone service for booking reservations only. In addition, we will provide everything you need for cryotherapy at our salon, so you do not need to bring anything for your appointment. 

Cryospot facials use liquid nitrogen and can be applied over makeup, but customers who have reserved a Cryoskin®︎ Frozen Face treatment are asked to please remove your makeup before visiting the salon as we will apply a special gel during treatment.
