Cryo Therapy®︎

From certain foods and drinks to electromagnetic waves, we are constantly exposed to elements that cause inflammation, damaging our bodies and speeding up the aging process. Cryo Therapy® is a proven way to eliminate inflammation, resulting in healthy muscles and vibrant skin.

Cryo Therapy® is a process that exposes your body to extremely cold temperatures ranging from -120℃ to -196℃ and it has become increasingly popular among the world’s top-tier athletes and Hollywood celebrities. By simply standing in the Cyo Cabin for 2 or 3 minutes Cryo Therapy® can help you recover from muscle soreness, combat fatigue and relieve stress, improve blood circulation, rejuvenate skin and assist with weight loss.

Why do athletes prefer this therapy? The main reason is that the process is so quick and easy. Instead of spending 20 minutes in an ice bath, Cryo Therapy® only takes a maximum of 3 minutes to help you recover from a whole day of training. Stepping into the -120℃ degree cabin also speeds up your metabolism, improves your blood circulation and increases your body’s production of collagen, resulting in rejuvenated skin and weight loss.

Cryo Spot

Cryo Therapy® is performed topically on targeted areas. For 10 minutes conditions such as dry skin from mask-wearing, eye strain and pain around the head and neck can be treated. Cryo Spot not only improves the appearance of your skin by increasing blood circulation and collagen production but is also effective for injury recovery and joint pain. Select “Cryo Facial” when making a reservation.

Compression Therapy Compression Therapy

Compression Therapy

Compression Therapy is a contact-free treatment popular in the United States. The application of air pressure promotes blood circulation in your limbs which relieves conditions such as deep vein thrombosis. When coupled with Cryo Body treatments, Compression Therapy can completely eradicate symptoms of stress and fatigue. Compression Therapy has a detoxifying effect which can cause frequent urination, so please maintain your hydration after treatment. As an alternative to lymphatic massage, Compression Therapy is a popular treatment amongst many athletes, businessmen, and models overseas. This treatment can only be purchased by those who have received a Cryo Body or Cryo Skin® on the day of treatment (starting from ¥ 2,200- for 10 minutes).

How to Use

1. On your first visit, we’ll ask to measure your blood pressure and fill out a questionnaire.

2. We’ll then prepare and cool the inside of the cabin -120℃ to -150℃ in advance

3. Change into the gown provided by the salon over your underwear (sports bras are OK but please remove bras that have any metal).

4. We’ll provide you with special protective gloves, socks and boots (feel free to remove your mask during treatment).

5. Ensure your skin is free of any sweat or body creams (moisturizers etc) by blotting yourself with a paper towel, and enter the cabin with dry skin and underwear.

6. After the cabin door is closed, remove your gown and hand it to the therapist (we will adjust the depth of the cabin in advance so that your head is above the cabin walls).

7. When the cold air begins to flow, breathe normally and rotate your body left and right inside the cabin. Treatment is complete in 3 minutes. (We recommend 2 minutes for young people and those with low muscle mass)
